In 2001 Live Art Cosmetics moved from The Medical Arts Building in Brampton to a quiet studio in a country setting that guarantees privacy. There are extremes in skill levels of permanent makeup artists in Ontario because of the dearth of regulations in the industry. Choose someone who specializes in permanent makeup.
